Everything on this page about Trigify comes from Trigify's own notice and FAQ on trigify.io, posted on 23 September 2026.1 Where the notice does not say something, we say so rather than guess. We make Handful, one of the tools Trigify's customers are moving to.
In short
- The Trigify team is joining HubSpot, and the standalone Trigify platform is winding down.
- For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 (6:59pm ET). A different contract means a different date, sent to you directly.
- Your account does not move to HubSpot. Integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection stop when your access ends.
- Export what you want to keep before your date, and replace anything that depends on Trigify.
What is happening
On 23 September 2026 Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that it is winding down the standalone Trigify platform.1 The app does not continue inside HubSpot. In Trigify's words, "Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot."1
Trigify says its support continues until your access ends, and that you can keep using the product until the date in your notice.1
The dates
| Who | Access ends |
|---|---|
| Most customers (standard notice) | 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, which is 6:59pm ET and 22:59 UTC |
| Customers with a different contractual notice period | The date Trigify sends you directly |
Trigify says it will send reminders before the cutoff, and that the date in your account-specific notice is the one to follow.1 If you have a separate transition arrangement, the dates and scope in that notice apply.1
What stops when your access ends
- Integrations and API access. Anything that reads from Trigify or is triggered by it stops.1
- Monitoring and signal collection. Your searches stop running, so nothing new is found after your date.1
- Your subscription. It does not renew past your service end date.1
What happens to your data
Trigify says your customer data will not be used by HubSpot as part of the team's move, and that it will be retained or deleted in line with Trigify's contractual, privacy and legal obligations.1 The notice does not say how long anything is kept after your access ends, so treat your date as the last day you can get anything out.
What to do before your date
- Find your date. If you were not sent a different one, it is 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026.
- Export what you want to keep. Trigify says to use the existing export options in the app, or to email [email protected] for help, and to ask early.1 Our guide, How to export your Trigify keywords, covers the searches themselves and what Trigify's own documentation does and does not say.
- List every automation that depends on Trigify. Trigify asks customers to review dependent workflows before the cutoff.1 Think of webhooks into Clay or a spreadsheet, CRM syncs and alerts. Each one stops at your date.
- Choose a replacement, if you need one. Tools differ a lot in what they watch and where results go. We compared the ones Trigify's customers are moving to, Handful included, on our Trigify page.
- Ask about billing. Trigify says final invoices, charges, credits and refunds are handled account by account. Email [email protected] or reply to your notice.1
Who to ask
Trigify names one contact for access, exports, integrations and billing: [email protected], or a reply to your customer notice.1 Questions about Handful go to [email protected].
