SignalsAPI runs Handful and decides what is done with the data below: it is the controller. Every request about your data goes to [email protected].

What we hold about you, and why

To run Handful for you we keep your email, your name and LinkedIn profile URL, what you sell, the voice you want comments written in and any comment examples you give, the description of the people you want to find, and the emails of teammates you invite. We keep the posts we found for you, the comments we drafted, what you posted, and your credit and payment records. We use all of it to find posts, write drafts, sign you in, email you and charge you, and for nothing else.

We do not store your card number; Stripe does. We do not log into your LinkedIn or post for you: you post every comment yourself.

Public posts we read, and their authors

Handful reads public LinkedIn posts for you. For each we keep the author's name, headline, profile link and picture, and the post text. After 90 days we blank that personal content; what stays is a scrambled author id used so a post is not shown twice, and the counts. We do not look up the email address of a post's author. Your drafts and what you posted are yours, and the purge leaves them.

If you wrote a post we read, write to [email protected] with its link and we remove your name, headline, link, picture and text from it by hand.

Who else handles it

These companies process data for us, each only to do the job named:

• Apify reads public LinkedIn posts. It receives the search words, not your data.
• Anthropic writes the drafts and judges posts. It receives the post text, what you sell, your voice and your comment examples.
• Mailgun delivers our emails. It receives your address and the email's content.
• Stripe takes payment. It receives your email and your card details.
• Cloudflare carries requests to handful.cc, so it sees the address you connect from.

How long we keep it

Public post authors' details: 90 days, then blanked, automatically. Everything else is kept until you ask us to remove it. Handful has no delete button yet, so we do it by hand. The credit and payment records we have to keep for accounting stay after that.

See, export or delete your data

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. We send you a copy of what we hold, or remove it and stop the daily checks, within one month. Your Today, History, Posted and Billing pages already show most of it.
