Is Trigify really shutting down?+
Yes. Trigify's own site says the team is joining HubSpot and the standalone platform is winding down. For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and integrations, API access and monitoring stop then. If your contract has a different notice period, Trigify will tell you your date directly.
Can you import my Trigify data?+
Not automatically. Export what you need from Trigify before your access ends, then send us your keywords and searches. We rebuild them in Handful by hand.
Does Handful have an API, or a Clay or HubSpot integration?+
No. Handful emails you the posts. If your process depends on an API or CRM sync, Handful will not replace that part, and we'd rather tell you now.
Can Handful show me who engaged with a competitor's post?+
No. Handful finds people describing the problem you solve in their own posts. That's the moment they're asking, so it's the moment to answer.
Will LinkedIn ban me?+
Handful never touches your account, so there's nothing automated on it. It reads public posts and emails you. You paste a handful of comments a day, like anyone else.
